• Implement HR policies and procedures in true spirit under the guidance of corporate HR.
• Ensuring timely processing of monthly payroll of all employees and make sure that no cash salary is paid to any employee.
• Ensure timely renewals of Iqamas in advance at least one month prior to expiry of iqama to avoid penalties.
• Develop and implement SMART KPIs for all OPCO functions including presales, sales, purchases, warehouse, projects, finance, treasury, HR, and IT. Such KPIs targets to be defined in system and to be monitored periodically.
• Ensure attendance system is implemented and attendance is linked with payroll calculations.
