Job Description

Trainee Estate Agent
Guidford
£17000 base salary £27000 OTE
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8.30pm to 18.30pm Friday 8.30pm to 18.00pm 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00 to 17.00pm.
The individual will be entitled to a day off during the week if they have worked a Saturday.

Due to continued expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join an award winning and experienced team based initially out of their Guildford branch.

Are you the right person to join our successful team Full training will be provided.


Principle Accountabilities:
  • Dealing with face to face telephone and email enquiries.
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Assist with the management of the applicant database ensuring regular contact is made with all prospective tenants.
  • Register potential tenants arrange and attend viewings.
  • Achieve preagreed targets.
  • Comply with ADHOC requests from other staff with regards to general assistance of the office functionality.
  • Update window displays and the company website with property details along with other general administration duties.

  • Be able to learn quickly take responsibility and strive for success
  • Have the ability to work under pressure within a fastpaced environment
  • Be a dynamic driven and energetic individual who thrives in a team and takes ownership of their own projects
  • The right candidate will ideally have some experience within customer service roles with a cando attitude ability to close a deal great attention to detail and eagerness to learn and develop
  • An "A player" who isn't afraid of hard work
  • Someone who can build long term relationships with clients whilst also exploring new opportunities
  • Possess excellent communication skills and be wellpresented and wellspoken
  • A key member of our team who believes in our purpose values and culture
  • Be accurate numerate and computer literate
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence and your own car
