Job Description
Alpinum Solutions is the market leader in managed legal services in Switzerland Liechtenstein and Germany. For our latest mandate we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Position: Head of Compliance
Sector: Banking
Start Date: March 2024
Duration: Permanent
Utilization: 100%
Location: Zurich
Salary: CHF 160000
Tasks
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the organization in matters related to AntiMoney Laundering (AML) and Financial Crime
- Developing and maintaining internal AMLrelated regulations procedures and guidelines within the bank ensuring compliance with Grouplevel requirements
- Ensuring daytoday adherence to regulatory requirements and actively participating in regulatory projects.
- Reviewing highrisk business relationships Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) and conducting HighRisk client reviews as well as providing support for other client reviews
- Continuously monitoring and supporting the implementation of new legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Resident of Switzerland
- Legal Degree and/or relevant compliance certification
- Fluency in English and German
- Min. 10 years of PQE in compliance within the financial sector
