Job Description

Position :

Advertisement Sales Manager


Experience :

Must have 3 years of experience in Ad Sales in Television Network(Disney Star Sony Zee Colors)


Overview:

The Ad Sales Manager in the Television Industry plays a crucial role in driving advertising sales revenue for the Television network. They are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies managing client relationships and staying abreast of advertising trends in the industry to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve advertising sales revenue targets.
  • Negotiate advertising deals and contracts with clients and agencies.
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with advertising clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Conduct market research and analyze advertising trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling advertising solutions for clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards related to advertising.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities to promote advertising sales opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field.
  • Proven experience in advertising or media sales preferably in the television industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of advertising sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and trends to drive sales strategies.
  • Experience in client relationship management and customer service.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management software.
  • Knowledge of advertising regulations and compliance standards.
  • Leadership and team management skills.


Note:

Candidate from TV industry is preferred.

Working Days:

Monday to Friday


Location :

Mumbai Santacruz West (Please apply only if you can relocate/work in preferred location)
