JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Performance Marketing Specialist youll Play a crucial role in developing and implementing highimpact advertising strategies for our diverse Portfolio of clients. Youll have the Opportunity to work on exciting Projects collaborate with a talented team and contribute to our clients digital success.
RESPONSIBILTIES
Developing comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
Planning executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as search engines social media platforms display networks and affiliate networks.
Managing paid advertising campaigns including payperclick (PPC) campaigns on search engines and social media platforms.
Analyzing campaign data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts. This includes monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) conducting A/B tests etc.
Identifying opportunities to improve website and landing page conversion rates through data analysis user experience optimization and implementing testing methodologies.
Managing performance marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and channels.
Collaborating with external agencies vendors and technology partners to leverage their expertise and tools for campaign execution tracking and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns optimizing Performance and delivering measurable results.
effective communication project management and coordination to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Staying uptodate with the latest trends tools and best practices in performance marketing
Indepth knowledge of Google Ads Google Analytics and other relevant digital marketing tools. complex data and make datadriven decisions complex data and make datadriven decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a teamoriented environment. Creative thinking and Problemsolving abilities to develop innovative advertising strategies.
