Working with the Ministry of Transport based in Doha, Qatar, your position will be to advise departments and relevant authorities on strategy and innovation issues, this will include: - Leading Project Management teams to monitor and report on strategy and innovation implementation and project performance - Providing senior management with strategy/innovation progress reports - Managing corporate planning and producing annual operating plans as per process - Providing necessary support to trends and indicators to teams to help develop the business landscape - Providing advice to institutional quality teams - Advising the Quality Department Manager on all strategic and planning issues and working on emergent tasks as required by the department manager • *Here’s What You’ll Need**: You will be degree qualified or possess a master’s degree in a business or technical disciple and ideally would already hold an MBA. You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and ability to train/ mentor teams and come with a curious and creative mindset combined with strong analytical problem-solving skills. You will have a sound understanding of Project Management Office governance frameworks with the ability to monitor project performance and strategy progress.
