Job Description
Handle queries, complaints, and requests from customers on multiple platforms. Namely, call, chat (WhatsApp, CRM Software), email.
Follow up on various complaints, feedback and suggestions with the production or dispatch team and update the customer on the same.
Handle Outstanding Bills Receivable process.
Coordinate with the operations team for logistics and shipping details respectively.
Track orders for customers and help with the delivery dates.
Make calls to customers for confirmation of COD orders.
Manage all incoming phone calls and forwarding.
Forwarding all Sales Leads / Sales Orders to Dispatch / Operations team.
Communicating all concerns of the customer, regarding delivery delays or quality issues or billing issues to the Sales Manager.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Take the extra mile to engage customers Willing to do the Process Coordinator job as well.
Handling Accounting and Billing and Invoicing
Handling Inventory Calculations and Reports
Manage and maintain the company s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations
Assist in all Auditing and Finalisation of books of accounting.
Education/Experience
FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY.
At Least 1 year of experience
Skills:
1. Excellent communication Skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
2. Excellent knowledge in MS Office, Google Apps and CRM Software (if any)
3. Should be able to handle customer complaints and make proper replies.
Experience: 1 Year Minimum in Customer Relationship Executive Role and 2 Years Minimum in Billing & Invoicing.
