Senior Account Manager

Summary Person should be a Test lead/QA manager who has been in testing for his career so he is hands on on his test projects and concepts, Understand Agile methodology with Quality as focus.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience leading QA and testing team as test Program/ Project manager delivering projects in Japan.
  
• Bilingual with Business level Japanese ( or N1/N2) with business level English proficiency
  
• Collaborated with Japan based and global testing teams working on agile methodology
  
• Understand E2E test cycle in agile , metrics etc
  
• Managed multiple testing teams across product and service lines
  
• Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery
  
• Deploying and managing resources for testing
  
• Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
  
• Lead the definition and roll-out of common test strategy, methods and processes.
  
• Implement a built-in quality mindset at all stages of our IT delivery.
  
• Define & drive creation of testing metrics and usage thereof by the delivery teams to increase quality, lower lead times and reduce costs
  
• Identification of opportunities for selection, implementation and usage of Test data management and test automation tools
  
• Long Term ownership and SPOC for common test processes, methodology & tools
  
• Active support and consultancy towards leading roles in Delivery in setting up and managing testing in their teams
  
• Kick-off & and lead the Testing Community of Practice, which collaborates regularly to share
  information, improve their skills, and actively work on advancing the general knowledge
  
• Bridge the gap between the IT infrastructure & environment management teams and the
  
• Business & IT agile delivery teams regarding their overarching testing needs
