Job Description

BMI is a rapidly-growing tech company, providing software solutions and management expertise to a variety of businesses. We are currently seeking a remote Customer Service Junior Specialist to join our team. This is a remote job. Hard work in an office wearing a suit is the same as hard work in pajamas at home at 2AM as far as BMI is concerned.


Responsibilities:
  • Responding to client queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Technical problem solving by building systems to facilitate business process
  • Assisting in sales presentations
  • Participating in client meetings
  • Performing a variety of tasks for clients, such as troubleshooting technical issues, providing training on our products, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Collaborating with our team to improve customer service processes and strategies

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment
