Associate Director Min Exp 15 yrs of Exp into Inside Sales with 10 years into International

and 8 Years in Team Handling with minimum Team Size 25

  • Job Stability is Major Criteria Min 2 years of Tenure in the Last 3 Organizations
  • Looking for Candidate with International Sales Exposure
  • Knowledge or European Language will be Added Advantage
  • Has handled Telesales with daily and weekly sales Closures.
  • Can work Under Pressure and make Team Productive

1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and drive growth within the assigned category.

2. Managing an International Sales team and coaching individuals to meet and exceed their

sales targets

3. Must and should have chased the BigTicket Size ELearning Industry Exposure will be

added advantage

4. Must have worked on weekly closure Target and making Team Productive and work

under pressure

5. Analyzing International Market trends consumer behavior and competition to identify

new sales opportunities and penetrate the scope of Expansion

6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners within the

assigned category

7. Forecasting sales tracking performance and reporting on key metrics to senior

management

8. Must be a Team Performer and can work with Team with Leadership Skills and Go

Getter Attitude

9. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to sales and

marketing activities.

10.Manage online lead generation process through partners and drive increased conversion

ratios

11.Identify system and process improvement opportunities that will directly influence

revenue generation

12. Partner with support organization to drive exceptional customer experience

Requirements

Experience:

  • Proven International Inside sales record with consistent delivery against commitments.
  • Proven experience of handling International Outbound Call Centre Operations
  • Experience in ELearning Medical Equipment healthcare industry preferred
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.


Any Bachelors Degree. Excellent English communication is a must Ability to counseling and selling skills. Basic knowledge of methods involved in presenting, promoting, and selling products or services. Should be able to communicate in 2-3 languages. Candidates fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam & Kannada languages will be preferred.
