Overview
The Product Designer plays a key role in the development and enhancement of our products. As a crucial member of the design team they will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences that align with our brand and resonate with our users. The Product Designer will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure that our products meet both user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and iterate on wireframes user flows and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Develop visual designs and assets for various platforms while maintaining consistency and a high level of quality
- Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into the design process
- Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development process
- Contribute to the evolution and improvement of design processes and standards
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into design solutions
- Create and maintain design documentation and specifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field
- Proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
- Demonstrated proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma or similar
- Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and processes
- Knowledge of frontend development technologies is a plus
- Experience working in an agile environment is preferred
