As an Organic Lead Generation Executive your primary responsibility will be to drive the
growth of organic leads and traffic to our companys digital platforms. You will play a crucial role
in expanding our brands online presence increasing engagement and attracting potential
customers through various digital marketing strategies. Your role will involve a blend of
creativity analytical thinking and technical skills to achieve measurable results
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Marketing: Develop and execute content strategies that align with our target
audience and business goals.
Create compelling and informative blog posts articles infographics and other content formats
to attract and engage visitors.
Use content distribution channels to amplify reach and visibility.
2. OnPage and Technical SEO: Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve
technical SEO issues.
Optimize website structure meta tags headers and internal linking for enhanced search
visibility.
Stay uptodate with SEO best practices and algorithm updates to ensure ongoing optimization.
3. Link Building and Outreach: Research and identify reputable websites for potential backlink
opportunities.
Outreach to industry influencers bloggers and website owners to secure highquality backlinks.
Manage relationships with external partners to establish mutually beneficial collaborations.
4. Social Media Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to increase organic reach and
engagement on social media platforms.
Foster conversations respond to comments and participate in relevant discussions to build a
strong online community.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
related to organic traffic lead generation and conversions.
Generate regular reports to showcase the effectiveness of organic lead generation efforts and
provide actionable insights for improvement.
6. Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on competitors digital marketing strategies and identify
opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes that could impact organic lead generation
strategies.
7. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing team content creators
designers and developers to align strategies and goals.
Communicate effectively to share insights progress and recommendations with
crossfunctional teams.
Skills and Attributes:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
2. Proficiency in cold calling techniques and experience in effectively engaging with
potential clients.
3. Competence in conducting research managing databases and organizing lead information.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and Outlook. 5. Familiarity
with CRM tools such as Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
6. Strong project management and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Knowledge of lead generation with a proven track record of success.
