Job Description
Opkey invites you to become an integral part of our rapidly expanding Solutions Team assuming the role of an Oracle EBS HCM Functional Consultant. In this role you will be responsible for collaborating closely with Clients and other Functional experts to configure develop and implement solutions tailored to meet our clients specific needs.
Whats expected of you:
Work closely with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements related to EBS HCM.
Configure Oracle EBS HCM modules to meet clientspecific needs and ensure successful implementation.
Design complex enhancements interfaces and reports.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Contribute to the development and improvement of Opkey products.
Desired Candidate Profile
46 years of robust experience as a Functional EBS HCM Consultant.
Proven track record with at least three implementation projects in R12.
HCM: Indepth knowledge of Oracle EBusiness Suite HCM modules including Payroll Compensation and benefits.
Willingness to continuously expand your skill set by learning new technologies and modules.
Ability to thrive in highpressure work environments.
Strong communication skills.
