Our client is making a transition into a full cloudbased ERP enviroment. This is not only a technical transition but also a business change process in which their operating companies move into standard business processes supported by a generic platform.
The Business Analyst has a supporting and leading role in the transition. Helping the businesses further improve their finance processes by bringing insight and a clear direction. Within the finance domain you will be the domain lead in which you will have a pivotal role in bringing the different companies to the next level of control. You will be working closley with our operating companies in all our countries to further automate processes reporting and underlying financial systems. Big part of this is liasing with all different stakeholders local and on group level to make sure everybody can agree on how the process have to look like and how we move forward with local requirements and coporate standarts. You will be working closely tothgert with the IT apllications teams to make sure all the proces desgins are also implemented accordingly.
In this role you will be part of an international team which is in transition! We have office locations in the Netherlands Belgium Sweden Portugal and Poland but also active communities of colleague in other European countries. As this role is closely connected to Group Finance this role will be based in the Netherlands with occasional travel to other offices/local Finance departments. We work in a hybrid way.
What are you going to do Most important activities
You are the linking pin between the Finance departments from Group Finance and our OpCos and the Business Systems teams.
You create the roadmap in which both support for business change as well as the additional technical development is been prioritized.
You are the domain owner for the planning and budgeting processes as well as the administrative processes underlying our reporting.
Together with the CFOs managers Finance Services you will make sure that our processes are in control and compliant.
You are responsible for planning and delivery for all required technical deliveries on the roadmap as the domain lead Finance.
You are responsible for creating insights and overview of the business processes. For that it is important that you have skill for documenting processes and gaps in such a way that business and technology can understand this. By that you will create a solid foundation for onboarding training improvement and further standardisation from a business and systems perspective.
Together with the other business analysts in the Commercial & Backoffice domain you are able to create insights on endtoend processes understanding and connecting multiple business process domains.

Strong experience and foundation in business process analysis incl. process documentation within the Finance Systems domain. Showing this in your previous roles working as business analyst in the finance processes area (reporting planning & budgeting financial/administrative processes).
Or you have strong experience and foundation as financial showing this in roles as Financial Controller Finance Manager with large interest in technical systems (you were the goto person for colleagues who wanted to solve technical issues or automate financial processes)
Soft skills: we work out of servant leadership and find customer focus strong communicative analytical skills and result driven of importance.
