Independent Recruitment Manager Partner

With more than 30 years in the recruitment and HR services executive search business SAM International GmbH is the of the largest Nordic company in the industry and we are currently present in more than 10 countries.

As the business is growing we are actively recruiting independent recruitment partners to join our Swiss company.

Tasks

• Using your network and/or sales initiatives acquire new clients and assist them in their recruitment needs.
• Assist existing SAM clients in their recruitment needs as needed.
• Hold client meetings to acquire new business.
• Interview and present candidates to the clients.

Requirements

• You have sales experience and you know what it takes to get the order.
• You are registered as an independent consultant/sole trader/have your own company or paired with an EOR/payroll provider in order to be compliant.
• Experience from Swiss recruitment agencies is a big plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage workflow and time.
• A valid drivers license and reliable transport.
• Fluent in French and/or German and English.
