Requirements

• 3-9 years of relevant professional experience out of college
  
• At least 3 years of experience writing high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code in Python and Javascript
  
• Capacity to iterate extremely quickly and prioritize progress over perfection
  
• Desire to do soing that matters and understands the effort required to achieve that goal
  
• Instrumental player on a reputable startups team that has taken a product from 0 to 1
