Job Description
- Active CPA license.
- Must have 35 years of tax experience and be able to prepare/review business and individual returns.
- Prepare individual federal and state tax returns covering all states.
- Must be experience with all types of returns Corporation S corporation LLC partnership trusts gift taxes etc.
- Must be proficient with QuickBooks.
- Have good communication skills and can work independently.
- Very friendly work environment and flexible schedule.
- Position can lead to potential partnership at the firm.
- Must be energetic meticulous outgoing cheerful and possess a sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Must be able to answer staff questions and communicate with clients.
Requirements
- 510 years experience in a CPA firm doing only tax. FT or PT will work.
- They have to have good experience. Client wont hire CPAs that having been doing booking keeping work and just cranking large numbers of returns.

Bachelor s Degree in Accounting required. 5+ years of audit experience in public accounting required. Valid Certified Public Accountant license is required. Advanced knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles. Demonstrates critical and analytical thinking skills. Skills in networking and developing businesses. Strong verbal and written communication skills and effective presentation skills Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities for work projects. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients. Experience with audits in the following industries: Manufacturing, Distribution, Non-profit and Employee benefit plans.
