Location: 3 days onsite in Lansing Michigan(Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Development Lead who will be instrumental in steering the technology teams efforts in integration development data management and reporting initiatives.

Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of technical leadership experience on projects comparable in size and complexity with a proven track record of managing security aspects effectively
• At least 5 years of experience in facilitating compliance and ensuring adherence to security protocols for clients and stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills with the ability to inspire and direct staff towards achieving secure accurate efficient and timely service delivery
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required

Preferred:

• Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team fostering a cooperative and collaborative work environment
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodologies and tools
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of data privacy standards and compliance regulations relevant to the projects scope
• Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities with a focus on detail and accuracy

Physical Demands:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal state and local standards
• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc.

What Youll Do

• Oversee and direct technology team operations in integration and development tasks ensuring efficient data management and robust reporting capabilities
• Establish and maintain the overarching design vision ensuring solutions are streamlined innovative and leverage the full potential of our chosen technologies
• Critically evaluate design proposals to identify and address gaps ensuring a cohesive and effective architectural strategy
• Enhance transparency and understanding around design decisions fostering a culture of informed and collaborative problemsolving
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans ensuring that integration and technology initiatives align with overarching project timelines and objectives
• Contribute to the formulation of deployment strategies conducting readiness assessments at critical project milestones to ensure successful rollouts
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the software application modules for implementation and customization
• Supervise and guide the work of the legacy analyst and application developers collaborating closely with application functional analysts to review and refine functional specifications

Active Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required
