MB&A (Monica Burt & Associates) is a certified small woman owned business specializing in helping Contract Manufacturers and OEMs in the Medical Device space headquartered in Memphis TN. Our business is focused on 3 areas:
- Recruiting Talent for Technical roles such as Quality Engineers Quality Managers Validation Engineers Csuite Quality and Operations roles.
- Providing Contract Technical resources to support client Quality Regulatory Operations Engineering and Supply Chain projects and initiatives that target Compliance Remediation Process Optimization and Harmonization.
- Consulting and Industry expertise for clients seeking talent or market intelligence industry knowhow and connections and referrals.
Who We re Looking For:
A focused competitive hardworking and astute individual who thrives on creating opportunities. We need an energetic competitive fastpaced accountable and motivated employee to help support Business Development. Please note this position is based remotely but leverages Teams to drive engagement with team members and clients.
What You ll Do:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling referrals lead generation prospecting etc.
- Manage track and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social media.
- Use your exceptional interpersonal skills to cultivate develop maintain and close new business opportunities.
- Effectively nurture and set up relationships with new clients.
- Resourcefully and proactively identify and execute on client growth opportunities within accounts
- Partner closely and work collaboratively with Director of Business Development to prioritize projects.

Requirements
Experience & Skills You ll Need:
- Degree and course work in Entrepreneurship Business or Marketing
- Strong interest in Medical Device manufacturing and willingness to learn technical processes.
- Creative outgoing energetic person with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals and being accountable.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to be on the phone talking to prospective clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problemsolving abilities
Strong interest in Medical Device manufacturing and willingness to learn technical processes.
