Requirements :

Responsibilities

  • Work with EMEA Sales leadership to identify qualify and deliver opportunities with partners and end customers.
  • Work with the sales management team customer experience product management R&D and operations to resolve product problems affecting customer satisfaction.
  • Assess sales partners (distributors resellers system integrators) gotomarket readiness identify gaps in preparedness and build plans to ensure the partner is trained and equipped to perform in support of business goals successfully.
  • Lead customerfacing activities with key accounts in the region to help retain customer satisfaction develop & grow business opportunities.
  • Present and demonstrate technical solutions in front of technical and business audiences.
  • Perform technical account operational tasks as to assist with contract renewals and business growth.
  • Identify technical requirements and market trends for internal analysis.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Broadcast Technology or equivalent practical experience in the broadcast or media industry.
  • 3 years of experience in Technical Presales Sales Engineering or a similar position with a SaaS and/or hardware company
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask take initiative prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to travel as required both domestically & internationally up to 20% international travel.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a fastpaced team.
  • Permanent right to work in the UK.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in additional languages
  • CCNA/Comptia Network or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in video and telecommunication
  • Experience with Linux based products
  • Knowledge of the Nordic Broadcast market
