Job Description
This role is a hybrid role in Phoenix AZ. Our preeminent law firm client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their team in their Phoenix office.
Our client is a multidisciplinary AmLaw 200 legal services provider with approximately 550 attorneys practicing at the top of the profession in Chicago Denver Indianapolis Madison Milwaukee Minneapolis Naples Phoenix San Diego St. Louis Tampa Tucson and Washington D.C.
Responsibilities:
Research complex legal issues drafting legal memoranda and motions appearing and arguing before the court drafting and responding to written discovery and taking and defending depositions in business and commercial litigation matters.
Qualifications:
Must currently hold a law license in Arizona.
Ideal candidate will have 68 years of experience to join their Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group.
Applicants should also have experience leading multiple matters (day to day client and matter management).
Successful candidate must have a strong academic record paired with the skills enthusiasm and commitment necessary to become a partner at this Firm.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: $175000.00 $250000.00 per year
