HikmaSolutions is seeking for one of its clients a Technical customer advisor sales support.
You will play a pivotal role in customer satisfaction by providing competent advice and working conscientiously and efficiently thereby making a significant and valuable contribution to the successful growth of the company.
Providing technical advice to customers on the extensive range of company products and solutions.
Clarifying customer requirements and feasibility.
Handling technical and commercial clarifications within the LEMO Group and with partner companies.
Preparing and following up on quotations and supporting the external sales team.
Maintaining product master data and creating parts lists in the ERP system.
Processing quality reports; documenting and coordinating cases with the manufacturers plant.
Making occasional customer visits in Switzerland and participating in trade fairs.
Supporting the back office with order processing.
Basic training in electrical engineering electronics or mechatronics with further commercial training preferably at HF level.
Proficient in IT particularly with ERP systems and MS Office.
Customeroriented with strong communication skills.
Prior successful experience in a clientfacing role such as technical sales or technical customer support.
Very good knowledge of German and good oral command of English (minimum B2 level) with French being an advantage.
Ability to think networked recognize priorities and organize oneself accordingly.
Reliable confident friendly demeanor team player and willingness to help.
