The Loyalty Program Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining IFZA s customer loyalty program. This position will work cross-functionally with most departments to drive the strategic adoption of customers into the loyalty program and deliver on KPIs. The Loyalty Program Manager is expected to provide expertise and leadership to define and implement customer loyalty strategies that successfully build profitable, long-term customer relationships.
- Leading the delivery of the loyalty strategy within IFZA to attract and retain clients
- Proactively developing insights and recommendations to add value and deepen the relationship between IFZA & their clients
- Initiating loyalty program and campaigns programs with the existing partners on the program to increase awareness and engagement from members
- Monitoring activity to measure overall performance of partnerships and related campaigns
- Developing an awareness of competitors and partner programs, conducting and sharing competitor analysis where valuable
- Providing strategic direction into the data and technology needed to support the implementation and execution of the loyalty strategy and specific program management
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in Loyalty Program management or with Customer/Channel Engagement programs in the UAE
- Full English proficiency is required
- Additional spoken languages are a plus
- Strategic thinker and problem solver able to break down business needs into technical requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
