Regional Director - Civil Engineering

Are you ready to lead dynamic Civil Engineering projects in the vibrant Grand Rapids or Grand Haven Mi area

As our Regional Director Civil Engineering youll spearhead municipal and private development initiatives orchestrating operations across our offices in Grand Rapids or Grand Haven area. Your role encompasses project management business development and team leadership ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:
Lead diverse projects from municipal ventures to private developments.
Drive business development efforts crafting proposals and overseeing contracts.
Manage project timelines budgets and progress reporting.
Mentor and guide team members fostering growth and excellence.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients and collaborators.
Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in civil engineering.
Michigan Professional Engineer License required.
10 years of municipal consulting experience.
5 years in managerial roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Civil 3D AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
