About the Cloud Engineering Team:

The Cloud Engineering division is pivotal to the companys tech initiatives. This team creates a resilient infrastructure that supports developers and propels business momentum.

The team is skilled in handling extensive data determining the optimal use of selfmanaged versus managed services and prioritising data security. Theres a strong focus on using modern monitoring tools to maintain system reliability.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with experienced DevOps individuals to refine the cloud infrastructure.
  
• Transition from AWS managed environments to independent and opensource platforms.
  
• Assist in backend development with a focus on Go and related technologies.
  
• Interact with tech experts from diverse fields promoting a culture of shared insights.
  
• Navigate a diverse tech environment including Go DruidDB Kafka Kubernetes Terraform and advanced CI/CD processes.
  
• Lead the introduction of new tech strategies enhancing system performance and adaptability.
  
• Offer guidance and support to newer team members fostering their growth.
  

Ideal Candidate:

• A DevOps enthusiast/SRE/Platform engineer with a keen interest in cloud solutions.
  
• Familiarity with Kubernetes ECS and AWS tools.
  
• Understanding of Terraform and microservice structures.
  
• Experience with CI/CD practices and managing pipeline tasks.
  
• Problemsolving aptitude ready to address tech challenges.
  
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new tech tools.
  

Location & Work Model:

The role requires a hybrid office presence in Hamburg with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days a week.
