Tasks

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
• Screen resumes and applications conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview processes with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases ensuring accurate and uptodate records of all recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology or a related field
• Prior experience in the Finance industry is mandatory

Requirements

• Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment preferably within the Finance industry
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques including sourcing interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
