Roles & Responsibilities
Sales support
- Work closely with sales team on supporting their activities and ensure smooth flow of operations on daytoday basis.
- Facilitate support for sales team to resolve queries and investor form collection dispatches etc.
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material.
- Respond to complaints from distributors.
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- Support with miscellaneous tasks assigned.
Marketing support
- Managing end to end distributor event coordination execution as per directives received from the central marketing team.
- Working with the central marketing team for distributor engagement activities.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material and coordination and management along with market scan of this activities against competition.
- Support the Learning team in training program coordination and logistical arrangements and hospitality needs.
- Overall budget and spends tracking and working with the billing representative for vendor payment followup.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
- Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- A team player with strong follow up skills drive to so things and attention to details
Any Graduate Good computer skills (MS Office) (MS Excel advanced is a must)
