Director - Talent Technology Lead

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Director Talent Technology Lead. Reporting to the Executive Director IT the Talent Technology Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing our talent technology strategy. This will involve aligning and leveraging emerging technologies to maximize talent resource productivity and enhance the user experience. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the talent technology budget and resources ensuring attrition is kept under control and managing stakeholders from the Talent function.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in talent technology management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential as the individual will be responsible for managing a team and collaborating with various stakeholders. Additionally a solid understanding of the staffing and recruiting industry is highly desirable.
