Hiring for an Fintech Start up in Bangalore.
EXPERIENCE IN AN IT STARTUP AND HR POLICY FORMULATION IS MANDATORY.
Bachelor s degree in human resources management or a related field.
5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience preferably in a startup environment or in a generalist role.
Indepth knowledge of HR functions including recruitment payroll employee relations and performance management.
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to HR in India.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously.
Demonstrated experience in managing crossfunctional HR responsibilities.
Adapt to the startup culture showing flexibility and creativity in problemsolving.About company
