Motion is a leading coaching institute in Kota preparing thousands of students for NEET IIT JEE (MA) Olympiads Boards KVPY. Each month over 1 million users access Motion Learning App. Its YouTube channel gets 5 million views the highest in the EdTech segment for any educational company in India.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Telecaller you will be responsible for contacting students and parents to discuss their career goals and provide information about our services. Your main tasks will include:
- Making outbound calls to prospective students and their parents
- Explaining the benefits of our services and answering any inquiries they may have
- Recording and maintaining accurate records of all communication and transactions
- Meeting daily call targets to ensure productivity and effectiveness
- Working closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful registrations
Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for this role you should meet the following qualifications:
- Graduation or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role
- Completion of a salesrelated training program
- Proficient in using computers and basic software applications
- Familiarity with diverse cultural norms and ability to adapt communication style accordingly
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a targetdriven environment
