Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and resultoriented individual for the position of Plant Head Forging Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the forging unit ensuring the timely delivery of highquality products and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Effectively managing the orders booked and ensuring smooth execution in a planned manner meeting quality standards and delivery commitments.
- Taking complete ownership of planning execution and ramping up production within a specified timeframe.
- Committing to the growth and discipline of the organization.
- Coordinating with the marketing and planning teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Implementing and maintaining systems and conducting regular audits.
- Implementing IMS (ISOand 45001) standards.
- Building strong relationships with both existing and new customers to expand the business.
- Providing regular progress reports to the CEO MD or Director.
- Handling the execution of a new bay including welding spools and two half fittings.
- Having a minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing and fabrication of cold and hot forming of pipe and pipe fittings.
Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for this position candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience working in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of forging processes and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
