Plant Head - Forging Unit

• Effectively managing the orders booked and ensuring smooth execution in a planned manner meeting quality standards and delivery commitments.
• Taking complete ownership of planning execution and ramping up production within a specified timeframe.
• Committing to the growth and discipline of the organization.
• Coordinating with the marketing and planning teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Implementing and maintaining systems and conducting regular audits.
• Implementing IMS (ISOand 45001) standards.
• Building strong relationships with both existing and new customers to expand the business.
• Providing regular progress reports to the CEO MD or Director.
• Handling the execution of a new bay including welding spools and two half fittings.
• Having a minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing and fabrication of cold and hot forming of pipe and pipe fittings.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience working in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of forging processes and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
