Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven IT Sales Executive with a strong background in the service industry particularly in software sales within the international market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling IT services to clients in the US UK Australia Singapore and Canada. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and maintain relationships identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Market Research:
- Conduct thorough research on target markets in the US UK Australia Singapore and Canada to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the IT service industry
Client Acquisition:
- Generate new business leads through various channels including cold calling networking events and online platforms such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers within target organizations.
Sales Presentations:
- Create compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the value proposition of our software services.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive pricing strategies.
- Lead contract negotiations and work towards closing deals to meet revenue targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients understanding their business needs and recommending suitable IT solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management detailing progress against targets and key performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT sales within the service industry with a focus on software sales.
- Track record of successfully selling to international markets particularly the US UK Australia Singapore and Canada.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the software industry trends and competition.
- Willingness to travel internationally if required.
