Job Description

Purpose:
Manage the Marketing & Business Development of our Forging Facility.
He should be the face of the organization with a pleasing personality.
This role requires maturity patience and high level of objectivity.
We expect him to mentor Marketing & Purchase team.
He will be responsible for the overall Administration associated Legal compliances.
Since this profile is versatile he is also expected to ensure implementation of prevailing systems and procedures and strive to adopt good Practices with an eye for progressively improving the Bottom line and Top Line as well.
He will be reporting to MD

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Builds market position by locating developing defining and closing business relationships for both Domestic and International
2. Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events publications and announcements.
3. Tracks individual contributors and their accomplishments.
4. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
5. Discovers and explores business opportunities.
6. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies deal requirements and financials.
7. Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities in conjunction with Planning.
8. Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
9. Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
10. Estimates partners needs and goals.
11. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
12. Protects organization s value by keeping information confidential.
13. Enhances organization s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
14. Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
15. Recommends equity investments when deemed.
16. Accomplish assigned target.
17. Very high level of Integrity.

Essential / Preferable Requirements:
a. Educational Qualification: MBA (Marketing ) Preferable: BE/ B.Tech
b. Industry experience / Exposure :Preferably Small & Medium Forging industry minimum of 8 Years
c. Excellent Communicator English / Hindi d. Flair for Problem Solving Skills
e. Man Management Skills with Reasonable EQ f. S.M.A.R.T in all his commitments
g. He should be well networked in the industry for new business opportunities.

Desirable:
a. Machining and Forging background
b. Under understanding of CAD and CAM interface
c. ISO 9001: 2015 ISO 14001:2015 ISO 45001:2018
d. Experience of Working with Organization eg L&T Siemens BHEL MNC as a Department Head
e. Superannuated persons with Passion and Exuberance are also welcome.
