SAP Delivery Head

• Oversee the delivery of multiple projects related to successful engagement or program execution
• Manage project or complex programs end to end across all domains
• Own and execute the program plan and be responsible for delivery of its major elements including program s business objectives scope and solution within quality criteria on time and budget
• Demonstrate program success including customer and partner satisfaction program finances resources intellectual capital etc.
• Provide active risk issue dependency scope resource financial and quality management of all key engagement elements
• Work closely with the Program Sponsors and Program Review Boards to facilitate decisions necessary for program delivery
• Should have PreSales experience includes end to end sales execution including RFP/RFI preparation presales working with delivery team and negotiating with client
• Translate generalized customer business goals and objectives into concrete strategy and tactical delivery plans for the engagement or program
• Evaluate complex situations accurately and identify viable solutions that create successful outcome for the customer and SAP
• Resolve political resource budgeting change and legal issues affecting the program
• Contract management in relation to client subcontractors and suppliers

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP delivery management or similar roles
• Deep understanding of SAP products solutions and technologies
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs and projects
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage crossfunctional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
