Job Description

Overview:

As a Tele Caller you will play a crucial role in our organization by reaching out to potential customers to promote our products or services. Your ability to engage with customers over the phone and effectively communicate our offerings will directly impact our sales and customer acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Explain our products/services to potential customers
  • Follow up on leads and prospects
  • Manage and update customer database
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes
  • Coordinate with sales team to ensure proper customer handoff
  • Adhere to scripts and comply with call center quality standards
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Provide feedback on call quality and performance
  • Attend training sessions to improve skills and performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on call campaigns
  • Adhere to all company policies and guidelines

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar sales/customer service role
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Customer service orientation
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Positive and resultsoriented mindset
  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new approaches
  • Flexible to work in shifts including weekends if required
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Adherence to professional ethics and principles
