Overview:
As a Tele Calling Executive you will play a crucial role in our organization by reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone. You will be responsible for representing the company in a professional manner promoting our products or services and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Promote products or services to generate sales leads
- Understand customer needs and handle inquiries or complaints
- Update customer information and call logs in the database
- Meet call quotas and sales targets
- Follow communication scripts and company policies
- Resolve customer objections and provide accurate information
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals
- Manage and update customer databases
- Provide feedback and input on call processes and strategies
- Adhere to compliance and quality standards
- Maintain professionalism and positive attitude
- Perform any adhoc duties as assigned
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales and customer service orientation
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
- Good problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center equipment
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
