Accountable for managing reception and administration tasks at the front office along with receiving and answering calls handling sorting and mailing requests. Also plans executive meetings and travel. For the entire department the Front Office Receptionist is the first point of connection requiring a positive approach and a sophisticated professional look. This job will involve a range of front office operations in multiple tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens forms and brochures).
Provide basic and accurate information inperson and via phone/email.
Receive sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook issue visitor badges). Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing photocopying transcribing and faxing.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must possess good communication skills.
Candidates should be good at Microsoft Teams Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook OneDrive.
