Role and Responsibilities:
As a Telecalling Executive you will be instrumental in our sales and customer service functions. Serving as the primary point of contact for customers you will provide crucial information about our products and services address inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Promote products or services through phone interactions.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the database.
- Achieve call volume and sales targets.
- Adhere to communication scripts when engaging with customers.

Candidate Qualifications:

- Prior experience in telecalling customer service or sales.
