We are hiring for Closing Manager / Sourcing Manager / Pre Sales Manager
LocationTaloja Navi Mumbai
Only Real estate experience candidate can apply
Requirement
Real Estate Knowledge : A strong understanding of real estate transactions contracts and legal requirements.
Experience : Prior experience in a similar role within the real estate industry is highly desirable.
DetailOriented : Exceptional attention to detail is crucial in ensuring accuracy and compliance in the closing process.
Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients real estate agents lenders and other stakeholders.
ProblemSolving : Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the closing process.
Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Technology Proficiency : Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in real estate transactions and document management.
Customer Service : A focus on providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Legal Compliance : Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations and the ability to ensure transactions are in compliance with these requirements.
Team Player : Collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
