Assistant Manager Media Sales
About the Role:
Seeking proven sales performers to grow our enterprise clientele. This is for someone who is
pumped about new business acquisition and numbers. Ideally for someone who can see the value
and growth of In uencers in Social Media and want to be a part of a rapidly growing industry. On top
of your own business development the Client Servicing and Ops teams will provide strong
support to help drive opportunities to effective closure.
So it is not just you against the world :)
Primary Responsibilities:
Own the revenue number. Attain/overachieve the assigned quota every quarter.
Grow market share Manage the company s existing key accounts within designated regions.
Work along with the Brand Solutions team and the Client services team to ensure client
satisfaction.
Develop strong strategic relationships with customers to identify and leverage on the
customers business goals growth strategies and pro t drivers to deliver the appropriate
value proposition/sales solution strategy.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Ensure daily/weekly updates of pipeline & provide accurate forecast to the sales leadership
team on an ongoing basis.
Run the weekly/biweekly forecast review meetings with all the stakeholders to review the
progress towards revenue and growth goals.
Ensure payments and collections of the sales driven to optimize the revenue ow
Desired Candidate Pro le:
5 to 8 years experienced in Media Sales dealing with Brands.
Excellent Networking skills
