Required General Manager Service (Luxury Car Brand)

Location: Surat Mumbai Indore Pune Hyderabad

Industry Automotive Industry ( Car Dealership )

Must have experience as a GM Service in the Automotive ( Car Dealership ) Industry

Position Overview:

As the General Manager Service you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all service operations within our luxury car brand. You will lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service experiences ensuring the highest standards of quality and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire service department ensuring efficient and effective operations while maintaining the brands service standards.
  • Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction retention and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize service processes including parts technical support and customer relations.
  • Monitor and manage service budgets forecasting and cost control measures to achieve profitability goals.
  • Recruit train and mentor service personnel fostering a culture of excellence teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers addressing their concerns promptly and ensuring an exceptional service experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends technological advancements and best practices to incorporate into service operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Automotive Management or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10 years of progressive experience in a managerial role within the luxury automotive service sector.
  • Proven track record of success in managing service operations achieving targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Deep understanding of luxury car brand service standards technical aspects and customer service excellence.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate mentor and develop a highperforming team.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on quality and attention to detail.
