Overview:
The Analyst plays a crucial role in collecting analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights that drive strategic business decisions. They work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver actionable recommendations based on datadriven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and data requirements
- Conduct thorough data validation and ensure data integrity
- Use statistical and data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data models and databases
- Conduct adhoc analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analysis
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field such as Business Economics Statistics or Mathematics
- Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Proficiency in SQL Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative teamoriented environment
