Recruitment Specialist

1. Utilize innovative methods to source potential candidates for various job openings.
2. Conduct thorough resume and candidate screening processes to ensure quality matches.
3. Recommend and implement suitable changes to enhance candidates resumes.
4. Maintain strong coordination with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
5. Manage databases efficiently and ensure timely updates to the tracking system.
6. Conduct indepth research on potential clients and new job openings.
7. Dedicate regular time for selflearning selfimprovement and mastering hiring skills.
8. Prepare and submit daily reports on recruitment activities.
9. Work independently and responsibly demonstrating a high level of integrity honesty and trustworthiness.
10. Preferred qualification: MBA in HR.
11. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• This position reports directly to the Lead Recruiter.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in nonIT hiring.
• MBA in HR is preferred.
• Excellent command over written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
