Job Description
- Consult the Machinery outfitting discipline engineers for the Mechanical division.
- Create Master Engineering Plan for the Mechanical Division of New Project considering Construction Schedule, Procurement and Detail/Production MP/MP.
- Evaluate Engineering Manpower with analysing changeable design workload for the Mechanical Division and Deploy engineers where needed.
- Develop and structure the division’s engineering capabilities for the Discipline in line with the department’s strategic development plan.
- Contribute to the professional development of employees by providing training and mentoring.
- Monitor and ensure achievement of key performance indicators for the engineering discipline.
