Job Description
Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering discipline. A higher degree such as a master's degree in the same field may be beneficial.
Artistic skills:
Experience in planning, designing and maintaining utility systems (such as electrical, refrigeration and air conditioning, building management systems).
Knowledge of applicable technical standards and regulations in the field of facilities engineering.
Ability to manage projects and deal with contractors and suppliers.
Skills in using specialized engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and engineering modeling programs.
