Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams in the successful execution of client projects ensuring ontime delivery and highquality outcomes.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Address client inquiries concerns and feedback in a proactive and effective manner.

• Work closely with the business development team to understand client requirements and expectations.
• Contribute to the acquisition of global clients by providing project management expertise and insights.

• Collaborate with internal teams including development quality assurance and sales to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Communicate project status risks and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels.

• Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring that projects are delivered within scope on time and within budget.
• Implement effective risk management strategies to minimize potential project disruptions.

• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of highquality products and services to clients.
• Conduct postproject evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science preferably with an MBA/PG in Business Administration/Business Management.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the Software/IT product development industry.
3. Proven track record of successful global/international client acquisition and project management.
4. Strong understanding of project management methodologies tools and best practices.
5. Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to travel internationally as required.
