Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing and optimizing 5G network elements and protocols.
• Conducting network performance assessments and troubleshooting to ensure optimal 5G connectivity.
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive 5G technology innovation and integration.
• Managing and overseeing 5G network projects from inception to completion.
• Performing system testing validation and documentation for 5G network components.
• Monitoring and analyzing network performance to identify and address potential issues.
• Providing technical expertise and support for 5G network deployments and upgrades.
• Participating in regulatory compliance and standards development related to 5G technologies.
• Conducting research and staying uptodate with the latest 5G industry trends and advancements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Telecommunications or related field.
• Proven experience in 5G network design deployment and optimization.
• Proficiency in RF Linux Python Radios ORAN USRP (Universal Soft Radio) & Signalling
• Strong understanding of wireless communication principles and technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and performance challenges.
• Knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies in the context of 5G networks.
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Relevant certifications in 5G technologies and network platforms.
