Job Description

Reporting Analyst Job Description
A Reporting Analyst is responsible for preparing analyses reports and dashboards to drive key business decisions. He/She is responsible to prepare the weekly/monthly/quarterly reports in the required format and communicate to managers and often provide suggestions based on their findings.
Roles & Responsibilities
Analyse the SOW for every account during transition and prepare reporting catalogue
Design account analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the account lifecycle.
Maintain data for all accounts and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
Accurately analyse and collect data for various types of business reports
Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
Monitor data to identify changes in data trends identify anomalies and fix them
Bring in automation wherever possible and bring insights to Leadership team
Collaborate with cross functions teams to discuss data challenges if any fix the issues to ensure accurate reporting
Qualifications for Reporting Analyst
One to three years of experience as a reporting or business analyst
Bachelors degree in any field and should also have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Powerpoint among other software programs like PowerBi.
Analytical skills that allow for the development of datadriven reports
Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize work to meet deadlines
Ability to use SQL Microsoft Excel PPT etc to create pivot tables graphs and charts and reports
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to teams
Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
General knowledge on Managed Services Business
In addition to these skills reporting analysts must have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time well.
