Job Description
We are looking for a Global sourcing manager with strong experience in defining material group strategy and plan to achieve KPIs.
Responsible to align Material group strategy with Global material group team and responsible to expedite Best cost country sourcing.
Responsible for negotiations for best possible cost service guarantee and develop winwin strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers.
Qualifications Skills and Abilities
Engineering Degree Mech/Automobile(Mandatory) with 10 years Exp in purchasing/strategic sourcing experience
Experience with contract manufacturing vendors.
Strong preference for some international sourcing experience
Strongly prefer some Casting/Forging/Machining sourcing experience
Ability to manage projects and establish clear goals and accountabilities to ensure successful delivery (on time within budget meeting agreed upon success criteria)
Knowledge of the legal terminology and language related to supplier and/or vendor agreements and contracts
Advanced systems skills and working knowledge of MS Office with advanced Excel knowledge
Must have excellent presentation and communication skills
Must participate and/or collaborate with Professional Associations in Purchasing/Material Management.
Experience: 8 years in purchasing of parts for Hydro dynamic couplings couplers.
